1. Booking and Appointment Policies

1.1 Reservation Requirements

To secure a massage or other spa service appointment, you must provide valid contact information and a credit or debit card at the time of booking. This card will be used to hold your appointment and process payments in accordance with our policies.

1.2 Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To ensure our therapists’ schedules are respected and to provide opportunities for other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

  • Cancellations: You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations can be made online through our booking system, by calling our spa during business hours at [insert phone number], or by emailing [insert email address].

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service fee to the card on file.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show at the discretion of BeautyGenesis.

  • Repeated No-Shows: Clients with two or more no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments, and BeautyGenesis reserves the right to refuse future bookings.

1.3 Deposits

For certain services or high-demand appointments, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service fee may be required at booking. This deposit will be applied to the service cost unless the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or results in a no-show, in which case the deposit is forfeited.

All services must be paid for at the time of booking or upon completion of the service. We accept major credit and debit cards. Tips are not included in service fees and are at your discretion; 100% of tips go directly to the therapist.

2.3 Refunds

Services are non-refundable once rendered. Refunds for prepaid services may be issued at BeautyGenesis’s discretion if canceled with sufficient notice (per Section 1.2). Products purchased may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy, available at [insert link].

Please note that final results CAN NOT be guaranteed as every person’s skin type is unique and will retain pigment differently.

Your cosmetic tattoo results will rely heavily on how well your skin is prepared for the procedure and how well it is taken care of after the procedure. After Care instructions are provided to help clients achieve their best healed result, but there is NO GUARANTEE, as we have no control over what happens during the healing process. Healed results vary depending on each client and in some cases a pencil or powder makeup may be required to achieve desired results. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve desired results and will be charged accordingly. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ page to ensure you feel this service is right for you.

PROVIDING SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS IN THE SAFEST WAY POSSIBLE
IS OUR TOP PRIORITY AT BEAUTY GENESIS!

Serious medical issues are uncommon. However, if an infection or adverse reaction occurs at the site of the procedure area, contact your doctor for treatment at your discretion. Please be aware that the result of the procedure is dependant on the following, but not limited to: medications and health conditions, skin conditions such as; oily skin, unhealthy skin, dry/flaky skin, sun-damaged skin, loose or laxed skin, poor diet, and not following the aftercare instructions. All of which could affect your healed results. Antacids, thyroid and anxiety medications have been shown as interfering with permanent makeup either by affecting retention or shifting the pigment to an undesirable tone. Remember, everything we eat and drink have their own chemical structure and the electron ends that are unattached or free, may get attached to others compounds inside the body forming a new molecule that may show a different color spectrum. With that info, an educated client may have better expectation and know that she/he may need more frequent adjustments than others. The better condition your skin is in, the better the final result will be. The better you take care of your skin and protect it from UV rays, the better the outcome and lifespan of the permanent cosmetic procedures.
